What this covers
This policy applies to the Nirvayo website, the client area, the free site check, uptime monitoring and any work we do for you.
Do not
- Run the site check, add a site to your account or ask for work on a site you do not own and are not authorised to manage.
- Try to get around limits (for example the number of checks per hour), or use the tools to probe, scan or attack other systems.
- Attack, overload or try to break into this website or its accounts.
- Upload or send malware, or content that is illegal, harassing, deceptive or that infringes someone else's rights.
- Use the service to send spam or to impersonate another person or business.
- Share your account with people outside your organisation.
What we may do
If this policy is broken we may remove content, limit or suspend access, and cancel an account. For serious cases we may report it to the authorities.
