No uptime guarantee for your sites
I do not host your websites, so I cannot promise their uptime. This page says plainly what Nirvayo does and does not commit to.
Uptime monitoring
If you switch it on, we request your homepage every 5 minutes from one location and email you after two failed checks in a row, and again when the site recovers. It is a basic check, not a guarantee, and not a replacement for a full monitoring service.
This website
The status page shows checks of this website that the server runs on itself every 5 minutes. It is not an independent monitor. There is no guaranteed uptime percentage and no service credit.
Replies and timelines
I reply to messages and tickets by email. There is no formal response-time guarantee. Every quote states the timeline for that job in writing, and that is the commitment that applies.
If this changes
If a plan ever includes a response-time or uptime commitment, it will be written in the quote or on the plan itself before you pay.
