How a job works, from message to summary

Every job follows the same four steps, so you always know what happens next.

1. Send the site. Tell me what is wrong, or ask for a health report. Use the contact form or open a ticket from your dashboard.
2. Get a fixed quote. You receive a price and timeline in writing before anything is touched.
3. Fix and test. I make the change, test it and keep a record.
4. Written summary. You get a plain-English write-up you can pass straight to your client.
